Tracy Walters-Badillo, DMD

For more than two decades, Dr. Tracy Walters-Badillo, DMD has dedicated her career to one simple belief: exceptional dentistry should feel personal, comfortable, and empowering. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she blends advanced dental science with genuine compassion, creating an experience where patients feel confident and cared for.

This philosophy inspired the creation of La Tooth Doc, a boutique dental practice delivering comprehensive, one-stop care in a calm, modern environment. Services include general and cosmetic dentistry, restorative care, dental implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, Invisalign®, extractions, and oral and IV conscious sedation—all tailored to individual needs.

A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky, Dr. Walters-Badillo earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees before completing a General Practice Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Her advanced training includes IV and oral conscious sedation, implant dentistry, full-mouth reconstruction, oral trauma management, and wisdom tooth removal. She is a Premier Invisalign Provider, advanced CEREC-educated, and continues her education through the Spear Institute focusing on cosmetic excellence.

Dr. Walters-Badillo is certified in IV and oral conscious sedation and holds Botox certification for TMJ therapy through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry. She formerly served as the official team dentist for UTSA, Trinity University, and St. Mary’s University athletics.

Originally from Kentucky, she brings her love of basketball, horses, and hard work to her practice. San Antonio is now home, inspiring her work with the community. Dentistry for her is a lifelong commitment to helping people feel confident, healthy, and proud of their smiles.
