Kenneth C. Washington II

Kenneth C. Washington II is a seasoned pharmaceutical and healthcare industry leader with more than three decades of experience spanning oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, respiratory care, diabetes, and urology. Based in Palo Alto, he currently serves as Senior District Business Manager for Oncology at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he leads high-performing teams focused on advancing immuno-oncology therapies throughout Northern California. Known for his strategic leadership style, Washington has built a reputation for transforming business objectives into actionable sales strategies while fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth across his teams.

Washington began his healthcare career as a licensed senior pharmacy technician with Walgreens before transitioning into pharmaceutical sales in 1998. Over the years, he held multiple leadership and specialty management roles with GlaxoSmithKline, where he developed extensive expertise in regional sales management, evidence-based medicine, market strategy, and cross-functional leadership. His ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic partnerships, and drive organizational performance led to continued advancement throughout his career, ultimately positioning him as a respected leader in oncology and specialty pharmaceuticals.
