Jocelyn Koscher, RN
Jocelyn Koscher is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience, beginning her career as a CNA in 2003 and advancing through roles as a renal technician and Licensed Practical Nurse before earning her RN in 2014 from Ivy Tech Community College. Her clinical background spans skilled, acute, long-term, and subacute care settings, with the past 15 years focused primarily in perioperative and outpatient environments, including PACU, pre-op, post-op, and intra-operative nursing roles.
Throughout her career, Jocelyn has been deeply involved in both direct patient care and clinical education. She has served as a super user and preceptor, supporting new hires with onboarding, IV insertion training, nutrition education, and workflow optimization. Her strong interest in mentorship and continuing education has kept her closely engaged with evolving standards of care and emerging trends in nursing practice.
More recently, Jocelyn founded Nightingale’s Medical Aesthetics, LLC, where she works as a Concierge Wellness Coach specializing in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, and health optimization. She holds certifications in GLP-1 therapy, Botox, dermal fillers, PDO threads, lip enhancement, red light therapy, and RF cavitation, with plans to expand into IV hydration services. Passionate about innovation in healthcare, she is also exploring advanced studies in nursing informatics, combining her clinical expertise with an interest in technology, systems improvement, and data-driven care delivery.

I read a lot of professional journals to stay current in my field. I regularly read NSO materials, WHO and CDC publications, the American Journal of Nursing, and ANA (American Nurses Association) materials. I kind of touch base a little bit everywhere because I like to stay informed about new developments across different areas of healthcare. As a super user at my last job, I've been the one guiding new hires and helping them set up their preferences. I do a lot of education with IV starts and other clinical skills, and now I'm going into the nutrition and wellness education component as well.
