Holly Rocole, FNP
Holly Rocole is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 26 years of experience in nursing. She began her career in pre-operative and post-anesthesia care, where she supported patients before and after surgery in hospital settings. Over the years, she has built a strong clinical foundation grounded in compassionate, patient-centered care.
For the past 18 years, Holly has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner, gaining extensive clinical experience across general surgery, hospice care, and family practice. Her broad background has strengthened her ability to care for patients across all stages of life and a wide range of medical conditions.
Holly’s early nursing journey was deeply influenced by her mother, who also worked in pre-op and recovery nursing. Her mother’s dedication to patient care served as a lasting inspiration throughout Holly’s career. In 2020, her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, a deeply emotional journey that reshaped Holly’s perspective on health and life. She recalls the heartbreaking reality of watching her mother’s condition progress and the difficult understanding that her mother would one day forget her—an experience that profoundly impacted her view of chronic disease and prevention.
Following her mother’s passing in 2022, Holly experienced a profound personal transition that reconnected her to her original purpose in healthcare. She became even more committed to breaking the cycle of chronic illness, both personally and professionally. With family history of diabetes and loved ones affected by weight-related conditions, she became determined to promote prevention and sustainable lifestyle change, emphasizing that chronic disease does not have to define one’s future.
Since 2023, Holly has also served as a Master Health and Fitness Coach while continuing part-time clinical work as a nurse practitioner. In her coaching practice, she specializes in metabolic stability through nutrition and lifestyle interventions, helping clients improve blood sugar regulation, reduce inflammation, increase energy, and enhance overall well-being. She believes that simple, consistent changes can transform health outcomes and is passionate about helping clients understand that chronic disease is not inevitable. Through individualized coaching and ongoing support, she works with clients nationwide to build sustainable habits, improve quality of life, and support the body in functioning as it was designed to—optimally and efficiently.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
Just hearing people have so much joy over how much better they feel, and how quickly they notice that they are feeling better within the first one to two weeks of starting my health coaching program - they're already noticing results. Just to hear the joy in that, in the wins that they have, almost immediately after starting is so rewarding. I think it's so surprising to them how quickly lifestyle changes can really help them when we make them work for them, that it's just an honor to truly help people in this way.
