Brian Bassiri-Tehrani, MD is a double board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive training in aesthetic, facial, and reconstructive plastic surgery. He is committed to delivering patient-centered care that enhances natural beauty, restores confidence, and prioritizes safety and long-lasting results. His clinical experience spans cosmetic procedures, breast and body contouring, and reconstructive surgeries, giving him a comprehensive perspective on both elective and medically necessary interventions. Dr. Bassiri-Tehrani completed his Doctor of Medicine at Stony Brook University and earned his Bachelor of Science from The Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at The City College of New York. He completed an Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship at Emory Aesthetic Center/MetroDerm, as well as residencies in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago and General Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, Northwell Health. He is also a peer reviewer and Artificial Intelligence Section Editor for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, contributing to advancements in surgical innovation and education. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Bassiri-Tehrani is an accomplished researcher and speaker, with numerous publications on topics including aesthetic surgery, facial reconstruction, and patient-centered care. He travels internationally to give presentations at the most prestigious Plastic Surgery Meetings including IMCAS and ISAPS.
