Holly Valentine, MSN, FNP-C

Holly Valentine, MSN, FNP-C, is a highly respected and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 18 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in hormone optimization, direct primary care, metabolic health, aesthetics, and wellness medicine. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for delivering patient-centered care that emphasizes long-term wellness, prevention, and individualized treatment strategies. Her diverse clinical background spans outpatient medicine, urgent care, intensive care, long-term acute care, and integrative wellness settings, allowing her to provide comprehensive and personalized care to patients of all ages.

As the Co-Founder and Family Nurse Practitioner at Revolution Wellness in Denham Springs, Louisiana, Holly has helped establish a modern wellness-focused medical practice centered on accessibility, continuity of care, and transformative health outcomes. Since launching the practice in 2025, she has played a key role in developing membership-based wellness programs focused on hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, peptides, aesthetics, and integrative medicine. In addition to caring for patients directly, she oversees clinical operations, provider training, strategic growth initiatives, and patient experience programs, ensuring the practice maintains a high standard of compassionate and innovative healthcare.

Prior to co-founding Revolution Wellness, Holly served as the Lead Medical Provider at Rejuvime Medical from 2019 to 2025, where she was instrumental in the company’s rapid expansion and operational success. During her tenure, the practice grew from approximately 800 patients across two clinics to more than 6,000 patients in 10 clinics. She provided comprehensive hormone evaluations, developed treatment plans, launched telehealth and metabolic health programs, and created patient retention initiatives that improved compliance and long-term outcomes. Holly also built a thriving cosmetic injectables practice and became a trusted trainer for providers seeking advanced education in aesthetic treatments and emerging wellness therapies.

Earlier in her career, Holly gained extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, and critical care medicine. She served as a Family Nurse Practitioner with Our Lady of the Lake Physicians Group, where she managed chronic diseases, performed urgent care procedures, and provided geriatric home visits while serving as the sole full-time provider in a rural health clinic. She also worked in urgent care settings where she independently managed high patient volumes and performed procedures including suturing, splinting, incision and drainage treatments, EKG interpretation, and wound management. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Holly returned to intensive care nursing to support critically ill patients and assist with staffing and leadership responsibilities, demonstrating her dedication to patient care during times of crisis.

Holly earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2015 after completing both her Bachelor and Associate nursing degrees at Our Lady of the Lake College. She maintains active APRN and RN licensure in Louisiana and holds certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, along with advanced certifications in Botox and dermal fillers through Allergan. Recognized for her leadership, clinical expertise, and commitment to helping patients achieve optimal health, Holly continues to be a driving force in the evolving fields of wellness medicine, hormone therapy, and direct primary care.
