Zonna Adams

Zonna Adams, MS is the Founder and Owner of Caring Hearts Gentle Hands LLC In Home Care, where she provides compassionate, personalized care to individuals in need. With 17 years of experience in education, Zonna began her career as a teacher assistant working with Pre-K and special education students and later served as a Behavior Specialist. In 2010, she became a Certified Nursing Assistant, following her lifelong calling to care for others, a calling she has embraced since the age of eight. Guided by faith, Zonna allowed her path to unfold naturally, leading her to where she is today, combining her passion for education, caregiving, and leadership.

Since 2017, Zonna has served as an Advanced Medical Support Assistant at the William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center, where she applies her expertise in acute care, patient support, and customer service. Prior to this, she held a supervisory role at Scales Ave CDC in Fort Jackson, South Carolina from 2012 to 2014. Through these roles, she has developed strong leadership and organizational skills and continues to pursue professional growth in the healthcare field. Zonna’s long-term goal is to advance into supervisory and management positions, further influencing the quality of care and operational excellence in her workplace.

Zonna holds a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Nova Southeastern University 2003 and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Morris College 2000, where she earned Dean’s List recognition. Her career exemplifies a steadfast dedication to service, leadership, and community engagement. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she actively participates in initiatives that support veterans and other underserved populations, demonstrating her enduring commitment to improving the lives of others.
