Victoria Elizabeth Wahlenmaier, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC
Dr. Victoria Wahlenmaier is a highly accomplished Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, occupational health, and physical medicine and rehabilitation. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Texas Christian University and her Master of Science in Nursing (FNP) from Loma Linda University, graduating with distinction in both programs. She also holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Southwestern Adventist University.
Currently, Dr. Wahlenmaier practices at Baylor Scott & White in Waxahachie, TX, where she provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic pain patients, performing procedures such as trigger point injections, joint injections, Botox injections for migraines, and intrathecal pain pump management. She has also served as a Nurse Practitioner in occupational health for NAS JRB Fort Worth, and in family medicine in private and clinical practices, demonstrating expertise in chronic and acute illness management, minor surgical procedures, and preventive care.
Dr. Wahlenmaier is licensed in Texas with prescriptive authority, holds DEA licensure, and maintains board certification with ANCC and AANP. She is recognized for her clinical excellence, receiving the Advanced Practice Provider of the Year award in 2025 from Baylor Scott & White Medical Group.
She is an active member of professional organizations, including Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Society, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her commitment to leadership and service is reflected in her involvement as Student Nurses’ Association President, volunteer work, and mentorship of students throughout her career.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I enjoy providing pain improvement to patients and a better quality of life. In Jesus' earthly ministry, He would heal physically first and then focus on spiritual ailments. I strive to to be an extension of Jesus' ministry by providing whole-person care. Sometimes the best medicine is a listening ear and allowing patients to feel heard.
