Victor M. Vega, CCM, PCT, CNA, is a Licensed Practical Nurse and healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in patient care, care management, and concierge medicine. He is the President and Owner of VMV Med Marketing Services, Inc., a full-service healthcare practice he founded in 2008 and transitioned to full-time leadership in 2017. Victor combines his clinical expertise with a marketing background from the University of Puerto Rico, delivering innovative, patient-centered care that emphasizes both medical outcomes and personal support. His practice serves patients throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral, providing comprehensive coordination of services from physician selection to appointment management and personalized care plans.

Victor’s professional career spans leadership roles across healthcare institutions, including the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Baptist Health South Florida, TRC Medical Practices, and Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care. Throughout these positions, he has developed extensive expertise in business development, patient engagement, international marketing, concierge services, and operational leadership. He has successfully implemented programs to improve patient satisfaction, streamline processes, and enhance clinical outcomes while mentoring and supporting multidisciplinary teams. His innovative approach to care management has helped define the modern practice of concierge medicine and specialty patient services.

Outside of his professional commitments, Victor is passionate about community service, education, and personal growth. He serves as a corporate liaison at the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras and enjoys volunteering to mentor young professionals. A renaissance man at heart, he is an orchid enthusiast, fashion designer, and culinary aficionado, often combining his creative talents with his professional interests.
