Treva J. Powell, R.N., is a highly accomplished registered nurse with more than four decades of experience spanning emergency medicine, critical care, behavioral health, long-term care, correctional healthcare, hospice, home health, quality assurance, risk management, and healthcare administration. Throughout her distinguished career, she has earned a reputation for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while strengthening clinical operations through quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Her extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, state and federal regulations, and healthcare accreditation standards has made her a valued leader across a broad spectrum of healthcare settings.

Currently serving as an RN MDS Coordinator at Avir at Monahans in Monahans, Texas, Powell oversees Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, and risk evaluation programs.
