What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
From the start of my career, I knew oncology was my calling. I’ve always been drawn to the field’s rapid pace of innovation and the intellectual challenge it provides; it truly rewards curiosity and lifelong learning. Beyond the science, what I find most fulfilling is the profound impact we have on our patients and their support systems. When a patient faces cancer, we aren't just treating an individual—we are supporting an entire family. It’s a privilege to help provide that care, and I’ve dedicated myself to staying at the forefront of this specialty to ensure I am assisting the multi-disciplinary oncology teams to deliver the best possible outcomes.
