Dr. Theresa N. Garza, D.O.

Dr. Theresa Garza is a board-certified family and obesity medicine physician and the President of Weight Management Medical Associates PA in Plano, Texas. With over 16 years of experience in weight management and more than two decades in family medicine, Dr. Garza has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve sustainable health outcomes. She has embraced advancements in obesity treatments, particularly GLP-1 and GIP injectable therapies, while emphasizing the continued importance of nutrition, physical activity, and behavioral modification in achieving lasting wellness.
