Tara Gutierrez is a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing, currently leading Dynamic Healthcare Training LLC. With over 15 years of nursing experience across geriatrics, adult telemetry, med/surg, ICU/SPCU, and home health administration, Tara has developed a strong expertise in nursing management, staff leadership, and patient care. She is a certified American Heart Association BLS/CPR instructor and a Director of Nursing Administration in Long-Term Care (CDONA), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and patient safety.
Throughout her career, Tara has demonstrated a passion for empowering healthcare teams through education, mentorship, and professional development. She excels in managing large nursing teams, overseeing budgets, implementing risk management strategies, and ensuring high standards of care in facilities up to 120 beds. Tara also serves as a Nurse Educator, providing training in nursing skills and IV certification, fostering knowledge-sharing, and promoting growth among healthcare professionals.
Outside of her professional work, Tara enjoys continuous learning and teaching others, believing that knowledge is power.
