Tamitha Hickman, MSN, APRN, FNP‑C, FAAHRM, AFMC, CCM, is a Family Nurse Practitioner located in Wabash, Indiana, and the Owner and Founder of Divine by Design Health. She obtained her Master’s degree in 2017 from Indiana Wesleyan University and has since dedicated her career to helping clients thrive through a functional and integrative approach, combining nutrition, lifestyle modifications, peptides, and bio-identical hormones.

Her journey into functional medicine is deeply personal. After contracting Lyme disease and being exposed to biotoxins from mold and endotoxins in her family home, Tamitha faced severe illness that left her bedridden. Confronted with limited answers from the conventional medical system, she committed herself to finding solutions—not only for her own health but also for her two sons, both of whom manage autoimmune conditions.

Through relentless study and application of functional medicine, nutritional therapy, herbal medicine, and genomics, Tamitha restored her own health and placed her sons’ autoimmune conditions into remission. Her personal experience fuels her mission to educate, guide, and support others navigating complex health challenges, combining scientific rigor with empathy and a holistic approach to wellness.
