Shannon Ebarb is an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in maternal health, currently practicing in Labor and Delivery at Willis-Knighton Health. With over 24 years in nursing, Shannon’s career spans Labor and Delivery, Emergency Department, Home Health Nursing, Relief Hospital Supervisor roles, and charge nurse responsibilities. Her dedication to maternal and infant care has guided her professional journey, earning her multiple national certifications, including Inpatient Obstetric Nursing, Inpatient Antepartum Nursing, and Electronic Fetal Monitoring, as well as recognition as an AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Instructor. Throughout her career, Shannon has been passionate about mentoring and precepting new nurses, sharing her extensive knowledge while embracing the continuous learning that nursing requires. Being able to provide care, guidance, and support during critical moments is deeply rewarding, and knowing that my work can improve outcomes and bring comfort to patients and their families motivates me every day.
