Sandra Grubb is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with more than sixteen years of experience providing compassionate, high-quality care in long-term care settings. She earned her LPN credential through Butler Tech and currently serves at The Laurels of West Carrollton LLC in Dayton, Ohio. Sandra is dedicated to supporting residents and their families through patient-centered care that emphasizes dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.

Throughout her career, Sandra has developed strong clinical expertise in medication administration, wound care, infection control, and accurate documentation. She is also recognized for her coaching skills, which she uses to train and mentor new staff while educating residents to better understand and manage their health.
