What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—both at the bedside and across the broader healthcare system. As a Nurse Anesthetist and Practice Administrator, I find deep fulfillment in delivering safe, precise anesthesia care while also shaping the operational strategies that support our teams. Whether I’m mentoring future CRNAs, optimizing staffing models, or advocating for expanded practice scope, I’m driven by the knowledge that each decision contributes to better patient outcomes and a stronger profession. Medicine is not just a career—it’s a platform for leadership, equity, and lasting change.
