Randy Anim, Rn

Randy Anim is a dedicated Registered Nurse at INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, specializing in complex care for patients on a step-down unit focused on liver and kidney transplants. In his role, Randy manages intricate medication regimens, prepares patients for life-sustaining procedures, and oversees extensive laboratory testing, ensuring that each patient receives meticulous and compassionate care.

Randy’s journey into nursing began at the University of Central Oklahoma, before transferring to Oklahoma Christian University to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. His academic background, combined with hands-on experience as a nurse technician and nurse extern, prepared him to thrive in high-pressure clinical settings. Randy works closely with a collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and respiratory therapists to provide holistic care to patients facing complex medical challenges. He is currently pursuing certification in the medical-surgical specialty to further enhance his expertise and broaden his clinical impact.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time at home with his two dogs, a golden lab and a yorkie, and unwinding with video games. He is also celebrating the milestone of purchasing a new home, balancing personal achievements with his professional growth. Randy’s early success in nursing is attributed to his attentive and empathetic approach, his ability to listen fully to patients, and his dedication to fostering meaningful connections in every aspect of his care.
