Randall Parker, LCSW, CADC

Randall Parker, LCSW, CADC is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor at Stewards of Recovery, LLC in Idaho Falls, Idaho. With a strong foundation in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment, Randall is an experienced counselor with a demonstrated history of working in the individual and family services industry. He is skilled in nonprofit organizations, crisis intervention, volunteer management, and therapeutic support, and is known for his compassionate, client-centered approach. Randall earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Idaho State University, where he also served as Vice President of the Student Social Work and Sociology Association.

Throughout his career, Randall has held several impactful roles that have shaped his expertise in the field of social work and mental health. He has served as an LMSW Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Stewards of Recovery, a Social Worker at PATH, and a Substance Abuse Counselor Intern at D7 Treatment. His work has centered on providing trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and long-term recovery support to individuals and families. Randall holds active credentials through the Idaho Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselor Certification (Credential ID 11672) and previously earned his ISAS certification from IBADCC, further demonstrating his dedication to maintaining professional excellence in his field.

Randall’s path into social work and counseling began later in life, inspired by his own personal struggles and a deep desire to help others find healing and purpose. This lived experience allows him to connect authentically with clients and provide guidance rooted in empathy, understanding, and resilience. At Stewards of Recovery, he is dedicated to supporting individuals on their recovery journeys through comprehensive and evidence-based care. Beyond his clinical work, Randall is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and remains committed to professional growth, collaboration, and improving the well-being of his community.
