His training in Internal Medicine at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, combined with earlier medical practice in India, exposed him to diverse and complex patient needs. His time in high-volume clinical environments strengthened his appreciation for the importance of accessible, coordinated, and efficient care.

As the Founder and CEO of Dr. Sankar Health Ventures, he has devoted his expertise to helping healthcare organizations navigate challenges, improve operations, and achieve sustainable growth. He works closely with healthcare providers, startups, and emerging companies to strengthen care delivery models, optimize workflows, expand services, and develop practical strategies for long-term success. His experience includes supporting programs such as Chronic Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, Principal Care Management, and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring, reflecting his commitment to improving patient engagement and modernizing healthcare delivery.
