Natalia B. is an accomplished nurse leader and clinical research executive with more than 15 years of experience advancing clinical science across private, government, nonprofit, and academic healthcare environments. With an extensive background, she provides strategic and operational leadership for complex Phase I–IV drug and medical device trials. Her expertise includes clinical operations, regulatory and IRB compliance, budgeting, contracting, audit readiness, and enterprise-wide research integration, with a strong record of translating scientific innovation into safe, high-quality clinical practice. Throughout her career, Natalia has led multidisciplinary research programs in highly regulated, high-acuity specialties, including cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics, transplantation, and emergency-use investigations. She is recognized for her ability to build and sustain cross-functional partnerships, lead organizational change, and develop high-performing teams that consistently achieve quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Building on this foundation, Natalia founded an online education company dedicated to translating the most current evidence-based research in beauty, wellness, and aesthetics into clear, accessible, and clinically grounded guidance. Her work bridges the gap between science and everyday skin health decisions—helping individuals and professionals move beyond trends toward informed, research-driven care. Committed to advancing healthcare through leadership, research, and service, Natalia holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus on executive leadership and is a published author in peer-reviewed journals addressing quality and safety in healthcare systems. She is actively involved in advocacy and community engagement, serving as an Annual Fundraiser Team Lead for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
