Michelle L. Bates RN BSN

Michelle Bates, RN is a dedicated Registered Nurse at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) student at the University of Louisville. She specializes in critical care nursing, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and neonatal resuscitation, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients facing life-threatening conditions. Her commitment to clinical excellence is reflected in her hands-on clinical experience and her ongoing pursuit of advanced nursing education.

Beyond her professional role, Michelle is an active volunteer with the American Red Cross, where she contributes to disaster relief efforts and community health initiatives. Her international travels have broadened her worldview and deepened her ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Fluent in Spanish, she uses her language skills to strengthen patient relationships and enhance culturally responsive care.

Outside the hospital, she enjoys traveling, reading, horseback riding, and spending quality time with friends and family.
