Michelle (Lynette) Bates, RN, BSN (in progress) is a dedicated Registered Nurse at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital and a BSN student at the University of Louisville. She specializes in critical care nursing, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and neonatal resuscitation, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients facing life-threatening conditions. Her commitment to clinical excellence is reflected in her hands-on experience and continuous pursuit of advanced nursing knowledge.

Beyond her professional role, Michelle is an active volunteer with the Red Cross, contributing to disaster relief and community health initiatives. Her international travels have broadened her perspective, allowing her to connect deeply with diverse cultures and communities. Fluent in Spanish, she leverages her language skills to build meaningful connections and enhance patient care across cultural boundaries.

Outside the hospital, she enjoys traveling, reading, horseback riding, and spending quality time with friends and family.
