Michelle Waggoner is a seasoned oncology and hematology specialist with over three decades of experience spanning clinical care, diagnostic imaging, and pharmaceutical leadership. Currently serving as an Oncology Territory Manager at Incyte, she focuses on hematology medications and the launch of innovative immunotherapies and infusion products across a broad territory, including Las Vegas, Henderson, Northern Arizona, and St. George, Utah. Her work bridges cutting-edge science with practical application, helping community oncology providers bring advanced therapies to patients efficiently and safely.

Michelle’s career began with a strong clinical foundation in radiology and mammography. After earning a bachelor’s degree in comprehensive imaging from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, she worked directly with patients, gaining hands-on experience and an understanding of the emotional and physical challenges of serious illness. This early exposure to patient care instilled in her a patient-centered perspective that continues to guide her approach in oncology and healthcare leadership.

Transitioning into pharmaceuticals, Michelle brought her clinical insight to a series of leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company over a 27-year tenure. She successfully launched numerous products across primary care, hospital, and specialty markets, including antidepressants, diabetes therapies, and hematology-oncology medications. Her expertise in account-based hospital sales, product launch strategy, and value-based business development earned her multiple accolades, including Platinum Performer, Circle of Excellence awards, and repeated recognition as a top sales producer.

In her current role, Michelle collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support physician education, facilitate patient access, and coordinate clinical trial connections. She is passionate about helping providers identify patients who can benefit from targeted, non-chemotherapy treatments delivered closer to home. Alongside her husband, she co-owns a Lash Lounge franchise, where she oversees marketing initiatives and fosters connections among local entrepreneurs, emphasizing wellness, self-care, and economic empowerment.
