Megha Sanghi, ND

Dr. Megha Sanghi, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, practicing since early 2023 at New England Integrative Medicine, serving patients in both Salem and Boston. Her clinical philosophy focuses on uncovering and addressing the root causes of illness while emphasizing long-term disease prevention. Dr. Sanghi employs evidence-based treatments with the gentlest effective approach, creating highly individualized plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her clinical expertise spans gastrointestinal health, complex female health conditions such as polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis, and the interplay between mental and physical well-being. Dr. Sanghi completed her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the National University of Health Sciences and refined her skills through an externship at the practice where she now works. Beyond her clinical work, she is actively involved in the New Hampshire Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Massachusetts Society of Naturopathic Doctors, and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and contributes to NABNE through volunteer work, including writing board examination questions and serving on the cut score committee. She has published scholarly work for the Institute of National Medicine and supports additional publications through editorial contributions. Looking ahead, she plans to open her own practice in Massachusetts to continue offering deeply personalized care. Outside of medicine, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her children and pets, bringing warmth and balance into both her professional and personal life.
