Megan D. Card, PA-C

Megan Card is a newly certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) based in Windsor, New York, with a strong commitment to mental health care. As she actively seeks her first professional role, Megan is focused on beginning her clinical career in a setting where she can make a meaningful impact, particularly within underserved and rural communities.
Motivated by both personal experience and professional purpose, Megan is drawn to mental health care as a way to improve access and quality of treatment for those who need it most. Her path was deeply influenced by her sister’s experience living with bipolar disorder and the challenges her family faced in finding adequate local care. This experience shaped Megan’s passion for advocacy, early intervention, and compassionate, patient-centered mental health services.
Megan earned her Master’s degree in Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Tennessee. Now newly certified, she is preparing to begin clinical practice in mental health and is open to working with both adult and pediatric populations. Megan brings empathy, dedication, and a strong desire to serve communities where mental health resources are often limited, with the goal of helping patients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their care.
