Currently, she serves as the Charge Nurse at Bradley Creek Nursing Facility, part of Carolina Bay Healthcare Center of Wilmington, where she focuses on rehabilitative care. Mary combines her clinical expertise with a deep commitment to her patients, ensuring they receive compassionate and attentive care while supporting their recovery and well-being.

Throughout her career, Mary has been passionate about mentoring and educating new nurses and CNAs, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and communication in providing high-quality care.
