Lisa Cardosi

Lisa Cardosi is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as Director of Nursing at Riverview Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. With a strong background in senior care and wellness, she brings expertise in medication administration, physician relations, and elder care to her role. Lisa is recognized for her ability to combine clinical excellence with strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care across her teams.

Throughout her career, Lisa has held multiple leadership positions in healthcare, including Director of Nursing at Cra-Mar Meadows, Director of Clinical Services at Brookdale Senior Living, and Executive Director at Brentwood by the Bay. She has consistently demonstrated her commitment to operational excellence and staff development, driving both quality outcomes and a culture of compassion within the organizations she serves.

Lisa holds an ADNS in Nursing from CCRI and additional training in real estate sales from the Rhode Real Estate Institute. She is licensed as an Assisted Living Administrator and a Real Estate Sales Associate.
