Dr. Linka Matos, MD, is a double-board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management specialist with more than two decades of clinical experience. She began her medical career in anesthesiology and interventional pain medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in complex pain syndromes, procedural interventions, and perioperative care. Over time, she evolved into a leading figure in regenerative medicine, becoming one of the early pioneers in the field and dedicating the past 15 years to advancing biologic and minimally invasive therapies for pain, function restoration, and aesthetic medicine.

In 2010, Dr. Matos established her private practice, where she develops highly individualized treatment protocols for patients in pain management, regenerative medicine, cosmetic procedures, and overall wellness optimization. Her clinical focus includes advanced spine interventions, skull-base injections, and targeted therapies for neuropathic, musculoskeletal, and joint-related pain. She is widely recognized for her expertise in integrating regenerative biologics, including autologous and allogenic stem cell therapies derived from adipose tissue, cord blood, and Wharton’s jelly, into evidence-informed treatment plans. Her approach combines procedural precision with biologic innovation to address both functional recovery and aesthetic outcomes.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Matos has built a significant international academic and teaching presence. She has delivered more than 55 lectures across 25 countries, training physicians worldwide in interventional pain techniques and regenerative medicine procedures using stem cell–based therapies and umbilical cord–derived products. Since 2018, her global educational efforts have expanded extensively throughout Asia, Europe, and other regions, where she provides hands-on training and protocol development for practicing physicians. In addition to her academic contributions, she launched an oral vitamin line in 2022 and an injectable formulation line in 2025, reflecting her continued commitment to innovation in patient care and therapeutic development. She currently divides her time between her clinical practice, international teaching engagements, product development initiatives, and family life, maintaining an active role in shaping the future of regenerative and interventional medicine.
