Lale Johnston, BSN, MSN, RN, is an accomplished Emergency and Critical Care Nurse with extensive experience spanning trauma, neonatal, pediatric, and adult care. She currently serves as a Traveler Nurse at AYA Healthcare and as an Assistant Professor at Unitek College, where she combines her clinical expertise with a passion for educating the next generation of nurses. Over the course of her career, Lale has contributed to high-acuity environments, including Level I Trauma Centers, critical access emergency departments, and specialized cardiac catheterization units, ensuring excellence in patient care across diverse healthcare settings. Lale’s clinical practice is distinguished by her mastery of emergency response, neonatal and pediatric resuscitations and adult advanced trauma life support, etc. Her commitment to patient-centered care extends beyond immediate medical interventions; she emphasizes holistic wellness and integrates insights from nutritional health and energy medicine into her practice. Fluent in Turkish, Medical Spanish, and conversational German, Lale excels in communicating with diverse patient populations, fostering trust and improving health outcomes in fast-paced and high-stakes environments.
