Lale Johnston, RN III, MSN, CNL, Integrative Health Coach is an accomplished registered nurse with extensive experience in emergency, critical care, and telemetry nursing. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and leadership, she brings over a decade of diverse healthcare experience across academic medical centers, trauma hospitals, and community-based settings. Lale is recognized for her reliability, adaptability, and compassionate patient care, consistently demonstrating a commitment to excellence in fast-paced and high-acuity environments.

Lale earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Francisco State University and completed the Post-Baccalaureate RN Residency Program at UC Davis Medical Center. She further advanced her expertise by earning a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Clinical Nurse Leadership from the University of San Francisco. In addition, she recently completed the Integrative Nutritional Health Coach program through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, reflecting her dedication to holistic, patient-centered care.

Throughout her career, Lale has served in multiple hospitals across California, including UC Davis Medical Center, Highland Hospital, Adventist Health Clearlake, Mercy Medical Center, and Good Samaritan Hospital. Her roles have ranged from staff nurse and primary nurse to critical care float pool and emergency department traveler. She has provided expert care in Level I and II trauma centers, cardiac and stroke-certified facilities, and telemetry units, managing complex patient loads with critical thinking, leadership, and precision.

Lale maintains active licensure as a California Registered Nurse and holds numerous certifications, including EKG, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC, and nutritional health coaching credentials. She is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (ΣΘΤ) and frequently contributes to the community through volunteering at VA hospitals, Meals on Wheels, food banks, and other outreach initiatives.

Known for her energy, organizational skills, and lifelong commitment to learning, Lale combines advanced clinical knowledge with a patient-focused, integrative approach to care. Her dedication to mentoring, clinical leadership, and holistic wellness continues to positively impact patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams across the California healthcare community.
