Kiersten Baughman, PhD

Kiersten Baughman, Ph.D., is a social psychologist, licensed clinical intern, and experienced educator with a strong background in higher education and clinical practice. She has served in a variety of academic roles, including Associate Professor of Psychology at Valley City State University and University of the Cumberlands, as well as Adjunct Professor at Mount Mary University. Dr. Baughman is skilled in teaching, research, statistics, SPSS, public speaking, and student affairs, with a demonstrated commitment to mentoring students and advancing psychological scholarship.

In addition to her academic work, Dr. Baughman currently serves as a Licensed Clinical Intern at Naya Clinics, applying her expertise in social psychology and clinical assessment to support diverse populations. Her combined experience in research, teaching, and clinical practice allows her to integrate evidence-based approaches into both classroom instruction and therapeutic settings.
