Kaitlynn K. Dwojewski, CNA, GNA

Kaitlynn K. Dwojewski is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant specializing in geriatric and dementia care. Since beginning her healthcare career in 2022, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to serving older adults with compassion, patience, and respect. She earned her CNA certification through the Carroll Community Tech Center in Carroll County while still in high school, laying the foundation for a career focused on improving the lives of vulnerable populations. Currently, she provides care to residents at Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster, where she has worked since February 2023.

Passionate about building meaningful relationships with her residents, Kaitlynn finds the greatest reward in helping others while learning about the unique experiences and life stories of those she serves. Her work in long-term care has strengthened her skills in dementia care, patient support, and communication, while reinforcing her belief that quality healthcare begins with empathy and human connection. In addition to her CNA certification, she holds certifications in naloxone administration and CPR, ensuring she is prepared to respond effectively to a variety of patient needs.

As a first-generation college student, Kaitlynn is committed to advancing her education and expanding her impact in healthcare. After completing her nursing prerequisites, she is preparing to apply to nursing programs with the goal of becoming a registered nurse and eventually working in a clinical setting. A member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society, she attributes her success to hard work, perseverance, and a genuine desire to help others. Through her dedication to lifelong learning and patient-centered care, Kaitlynn is building a promising future in the nursing profession.
