Jessica E. Meads, MSW, LCSW, LCASA

Jessica E. Meads, MSW, LCSW, LCASA, is the IIH Team Lead and Therapist at Coastal Broadstep in Morehead City, North Carolina. She brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to her work, supporting individuals and families through mental health and substance use challenges. Jessica is committed to fostering growth, healing, and resilience in every client she serves.

Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and Substance Use from East Carolina University. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from North Carolina Wesleyan University, providing her with a strong foundation in both human behavior and effective leadership.

Throughout her career, Jessica has combined her clinical expertise with her leadership skills to create supportive environments that promote mental wellness. She is passionate about helping clients navigate complex challenges, empowering them to build healthier, more fulfilling lives while also guiding and mentoring her team to deliver the highest standard of care.
