Jennifer P. Bedoy

Jennifer P. Bedoy is a dedicated psychotherapist based in Chicago, Illinois, currently practicing at CFC Therapy Group. She brings extensive experience working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, and women’s issues. Jennifer began her career working with individuals with chronic to severe mental illness, helping them navigate life, build independence, and achieve personal growth. She has held roles at Terry Hefter Associates, LLC, and served as a program manager and therapist at the Anixter Center, gaining valuable experience in both clinical practice and program leadership. She holds a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago and has cultivated a reputation for combining compassion, empathy, and a keen understanding of the complexities of human behavior.

Outside of her professional work, Jennifer enjoys a variety of personal interests, including caring for her 136-pound dog, tending to her plants, walking, drinking coffee, and listening to podcasts. She values humor in her work and life, often incorporating it into her therapy sessions to help clients feel at ease. Jennifer’s mission is to be a guiding presence for her clients, helping them explore their past, develop effective coping skills, and feel empowered to navigate their journeys with confidence.
