Holly Valentine, MSN, FNP-C
Holly Valentine, MSN, FNP-C, is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, co-founder, and wellness provider dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered healthcare. In September, she and her partner, Jordan Brignac, founded Revolution Wellness, where they provide direct primary care, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, and aesthetic services focused on helping patients achieve sustainable health and confidence. She became a Nurse Practitioner in December 2015 after earning her Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Her nursing career began in December 2007 after graduating with her Associate Degree in Nursing from Our Lady of the Lake College (now Franciscan University), followed by completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. Throughout her career, Holly has built a strong clinical foundation across primary care, preventive medicine, and specialty wellness while maintaining a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
Holly has extensive experience in both primary care and specialty hormone and aesthetic medicine. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked for approximately six years at a practice owned by a plastic surgeon, where she specialized in hormone replacement therapy and received advanced training in medical aesthetics. Earlier in her career, she practiced primary care, rural health, and acute care nursing across multiple settings including trauma, ICU, and emergency medicine. Her lifelong interest in aesthetics and plastic medicine helped guide her career path, even though she never worked directly in an operating room. Through her work at Revolution Wellness, she continues to focus on advanced wellness therapies while helping train and mentor other healthcare providers.
Holly is especially passionate about hormone replacement therapy and women’s health, with a strong focus on helping menopausal patients manage symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, and sexual health concerns. She believes in partnering with patients to create individualized treatment plans that prioritize long-term wellness, confidence, and quality of life rather than simply managing symptoms. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, especially attending her children’s soccer games. Holly is committed to ongoing professional growth, patient education, and helping patients feel and look their best through collaborative, holistic care.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I really love is helping patients feel their best, especially through hormone replacement therapy. That's my passion. I particularly love helping menopausal women because there's not a lot of resources and education available for them. I help with hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, and sexual function. In traditional healthcare, in primary care and urgent care, I always felt like I was doing stuff to people. But with what I do now, I feel like I'm doing stuff for them. We're working together, working towards common goals together, and they're invested in their treatment too. It's not just 'here's the script, take this, see me in 6 months.' It's much more of an active interaction where patients are actively participating in their healthcare.
