Evelyn Paysse, MD

Dr. Evelyn Paysse is a distinguished pediatric ophthalmologist and strabismus specialist based in Houston, Texas. With over three decades of experience, she serves as a tenured professor at Baylor College of Medicine and is affiliated with Texas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Paysse earned her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, completed her residency in ophthalmology at the University of Southern California/Doheny Eye Institute, and further honed her expertise with a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at Indiana University Medical Center/Riley Children's Hospital.

Throughout her career, Dr. Paysse has specialized in treating complex pediatric eye conditions, including strabismus, retinopathy of prematurity, cataracts, ptosis, and refractive errors.
