Elizabeth Gravunder, MHA, CRA, RTR, CT is a distinguished healthcare leader specializing in diagnostic imaging management. She serves as the Regional Director of Imaging for Aspirus Health’s Ironwood, Iron River, and Kewanna facilities, providing strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across all three locations. Elizabeth is recognized for her expertise in optimizing imaging services, stabilizing staffing, and fostering collaborative relationships with radiologists, cardiologists, surgeons, and referring physicians. Her leadership encompasses technical, regulatory, and service excellence, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has demonstrated a commitment to advancing healthcare services through strategic planning, team development, and process improvement. Previously, she served as Director of Diagnostic Imaging at Providence – Swedish Everett, managing over 200 caregivers and multiple imaging modalities. She has a proven record of enhancing departmental sustainability, improving patient throughput, and guiding teams through complex challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Her prior experience as a CT Technologist and Regional Manager in oncology underscores her deep understanding of clinical workflows, multidisciplinary collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives.

Elizabeth holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Providence and a Bachelor of Science in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis. She is a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) through AHRA, a Registered Technologist in Radiography (RTR), and a Certified CT Technologist (CT) through ARRT.
