Elizabeth A. Gravunder is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations, finance, and asset management across hospital systems. She is recognized for her ability to optimize departmental efficiency, improve patient care, and lead high-performing, collaborative teams.

As Regional Director of Imaging at Aspirus, she provides clinical and administrative leadership for multiple critical access facilities in Michigan, focusing on staffing stability, operational excellence, and enhanced patient access to imaging services. Previously, as Director of Diagnostic Imaging at Providence Regional Medical Center, she oversaw more than 200 caregivers across a two-campus system, driving productivity, patient engagement, and safety initiatives, including leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Elizabeth is known for her servant-leadership approach, leveraging strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Her experience spans diagnostic imaging, oncology, and healthcare administration, with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions and improving patient satisfaction.

She holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Providence and a Bachelor of Science in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis. A Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) and licensed radiographer in Wisconsin, Washington, and California, Elizabeth also serves on professional committees and advisory boards, contributing to the growth of imaging services and the development of clinical talent across healthcare systems.
