Dr. Drema Hatuel, PsyD is a licensed psychologist with over a decade of clinical experience, specializing in evidence-based, integrative approaches to mental health. As the founder of Health and Harmony, a teletherapy practice, she provides comprehensive support to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families, helping clients navigate life transitions, address emotional challenges, and cultivate resilience. Her practice emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and tailored interventions, fostering meaningful personal growth and well-being.
Dr. Hatuel’s academic and professional journey underscores her commitment to excellence in psychology. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Lynn University, completed Master’s degrees in Counseling and Clinical Psychology at Immaculata University, and received her Doctorate in Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. She further enhanced her expertise through advanced training in marital and sex therapy with Dr. Richard Elmore and Dr. Rachel Needle. A member of the American Psychological Association, Dr. Hatuel employs a broad range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Eclectic therapy, experiential therapy, and family systems approaches, to provide individualized care.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Hatuel has contributed to the field through research, public speaking, and educational initiatives on topics such as adolescent suicide risk and marital satisfaction and communication. She envisions expanding Health and Harmony into a group practice to mentor emerging clinicians while continuing to explore holistic therapies such as equine-assisted interventions. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Hatuel is a devoted mother who values family, creativity, and meaningful connection, bringing the same mindfulness and care to her personal life as she does to her clients.
