Danyel E. Paulsen, LCSW
Danyel Paulsen, LCSW, is the Founder of Reset Therapy Vegas and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving the Las Vegas community since 2006. She earned her Master of Social Work from Portland State University in 2003, after completing her bachelor’s degree in 1999. With more than 20 years of experience, Danyel has dedicated her career to helping individuals transform their lives through identity-based therapy rooted in self-love, inner work, growth mindset, and intentional life direction. Her practice is grounded in the belief that lasting change begins with understanding who you are at your core.
Danyel developed the Reset Framework, a specialized methodology designed to help high-capacity women stop second-guessing themselves through deep identity alignment work. Her approach blends clinical expertise with mindset development, empowering clients to reconnect with their authentic selves and move forward with clarity and confidence. A cancer survivor herself, Danyel brings profound personal insight, resilience, and empathy to her work. She views personal adversity not as a limitation, but as a powerful catalyst for growth—an outlook that deeply informs her therapeutic philosophy.
Her office is located at Brilliant Mont Private School in Las Vegas, where she also supports the school community by teaching growth mindset principles through Kelso’s Choices. Guided by her core virtues of kindness and loyalty, Danyel believes our personal stories are our greatest assets in helping others heal. As she looks toward the future, she is passionate about expanding into coaching to provide more flexible, insurance-independent support for clients committed to identity development and purposeful living.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most is seeing people in pain and hurt, and wanting to help them feel better. My heart is rooted in my core virtues of kindness and loyalty. When I see someone struggling, I genuinely want to make a difference and help them through it. I believe our personal stories and life experiences are our biggest assets in connecting with and helping others heal. That's what drives my passion for this work - being able to guide people through their pain and watch them transform.
