Cindy L. Lafever, RN
Cindy is a highly skilled registered nurse with over 20 years of emergency nursing experience and a passion for patient-centered care. Currently serving at Austin Regenerative Therapy, she brings a wealth of clinical expertise and compassion to her role, ensuring each patient receives thoughtful, evidence-based care. With an associate’s degree in nursing from Chippewa Valley Technical College, she has built a diverse career grounded in both technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills. Cindy is also pursuing her RN-BSN at the University of Texas at Arlington, continuing her lifelong commitment to professional growth and excellence in nursing.
Before joining Austin Regenerative Therapy, Cindy gained extensive experience in emergency and surgical settings, including three years working alongside an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Her background includes expertise in discharge planning, care coordination, and procedural support, along with leadership roles training staff and maintaining safety and compliance standards. In addition to her healthcare work, Cindy spent several years as a project manager in roofing and remodeling construction, where she honed her skills in communication, problem-solving, and managing diverse teams—skills that have strengthened her leadership in clinical settings.
Cindy is passionate about improving the quality of life and well-being of those she serves. Whether collaborating with colleagues in a fast-paced medical environment or guiding patients through treatment, she approaches her work with empathy, precision, and dedication. Her multifaceted experience and commitment to lifelong learning make her a valuable asset to her patients, team, and the broader healthcare community.
