Chaeli Greco, PT, DPT, OCS
Dr. Chaeli Greco, PT, DPT, OCS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist recognized for her expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation and the treatment of overhead athletes. A proud graduate of Rockhurst University, she earned both her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a Physics of Medicine minor and her Doctor of Physical Therapy. Early in her career, Dr. Greco spent three years traveling as a physical therapist across the country, gaining a wide range of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, home health, and strength training. These experiences shaped her comprehensive approach to care and strengthened her commitment to helping individuals improve movement, strength, and overall quality of life. Dr. Greco’s career path led her to Cape Cod, where she spent five years providing outpatient and home health physical therapy while also coaching strength training for patients and athletes of all ages. Her practice philosophy emphasizes education, patient autonomy, and the importance of progressive strengthening. Her personal history of undergoing seven knee surgeries gives her a unique empathy for her patients’ challenges. Having experienced the profound impact of physical therapy firsthand, Dr. Greco brings a deep sense of understanding, compassion, and determination to every patient interaction. Now based in Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. Greco is the Owner and Clinician of Greco PT & Armcare, the innovative practice she founded to bring advanced, community-focused care to the region. The clinic specializes in shoulder and upper-extremity rehabilitation—particularly injuries related to throwing—and treats a broad range of orthopedic conditions. Through her clinical expertise, personal insight, and steadfast dedication to patient care, Dr. Greco continues to advance her mission of helping individuals achieve pain-free living and regain confidence in their bodies.
