Casey Fallman, APRN, FNP-C
Casey Fallman, APRN FNP-C is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, currently practicing at Be Well Primary Care in Azle, Texas. She provides care to patients aged 16 and up, offering comprehensive, patient-centered services. With a strong foundation in critical care and emergency medicine, Casey transitioned into family practice to manage both chronic and acute conditions. Currently, she performs procedures, provides hormone replacement therapy, delivers preventative healthcare, offers weight loss management and IV therapy.
Casey earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Practice from The University of Texas at Arlington, maintaining a 3.74 GPA, and holds a BSN from West Coast University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Prior to her nursing degrees, she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Allied Health from Texas A&M University. She is certified in BLS, and has completed specialized training in Biote and cosmetic injections. She is affiliated with Southwest Health Resources, demonstrating her commitment to clinical excellence, ongoing education, and evidence-based practice.
Outside of her clinical work, Casey is a mother and wife. She is recognized by peers and colleagues for her growth mindset, diligence, and ability to build meaningful patient relationships.
