Brittany M. Garza, MA, LPC, NMIT

Brittany Garza, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Balance and Boundaries LLC, where she provides compassionate, trauma-informed, and liberation-focused psychotherapy to individuals seeking healing and self-discovery. A queer, third-generation Latinx woman, Brittany integrates a holistic, somatic, and womanist approach in her work, helping clients connect mind, body, and soul while embracing authenticity and self-acceptance.

Brittany also currently practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor with SonderMind and serves as a Psychedelic Therapist in Training, certified by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. Her therapeutic process incorporates creative and grounding modalities such as art, movement, music, meditation, yoga, and time in nature to support emotional intelligence, balance, and personal growth.

Passionate about community healing and cultural empowerment, Brittany draws from her background volunteering with the East Texas Crisis Center and Pro-Step Rehabilitation, where she supported survivors and children through crisis intervention and rehabilitation. She remains dedicated to mental health advocacy, social justice, and promoting access to inclusive, culturally competent care.

Brittany earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler, where she was a member of the Psi Chi Honor Society and served as a volunteer counselor for the East Texas Crisis Center.
