Brienna Watson, APSW

Brienna Watson, APSW, is an Advanced Practice Social Worker providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She currently practices with Phoenix Behavioral Health in Wisconsin, serving clients primarily in Green Bay and surrounding areas, including Two Rivers. Brienna offers both in-person and telehealth services to a wide age range, from young children to adults in their early 60s, supporting individuals and families through a variety of mental health and behavioral health concerns.

Brienna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay in 2023, followed by an accelerated Master of Social Work with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health from the same institution in 2024. She began practicing therapy in November 2024 and has since worked in diverse settings, including schools, homes, daycares, offices, and community-based environments, tailoring care to meet clients where they are most comfortable.

In her clinical practice, Brienna takes a trauma-informed, strength-based, and client-centered approach. She collaborates with clients to identify goals and develop personalized treatment plans, considering both emotional wellbeing and external life barriers. Her areas of focus include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, communication challenges, behavioral health concerns, relationship conflict, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. She integrates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to support meaningful and practical client growth.
