Brandy Krueg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), proud Cherokee woman, and the Owner and Operator of a private mental health practice specializing in the care of frontline healthcare workers, first responders, and their families. With over 26 years of experience in the field of social work, Brandy has cultivated a distinguished career dedicated to trauma recovery, wellness, and resilience-building. As an In-House Therapist for the Stockton Police Department, she partners with the Wellness Team to provide counseling, education, and critical support for staff navigating stress, trauma, addiction, and relational challenges. Her certifications in First Responder Counseling, Critical Incident Stress Management (CCISM), and EMDR enable her to offer evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique pressures of high-stress professions.

Throughout her career, Brandy has held diverse roles that reflect her deep commitment to mental health advocacy and crisis response. She previously served as a Trauma Social Worker with Kaiser Permanente and as an Emergency Response Social Worker with Sacramento County’s Children’s Protective Services, where she investigated cases of abuse and neglect, provided forensic interviews, and supported law enforcement in high-profile investigations. In her private practice, Krueg Therapy Services, she continues to empower individuals through specialized trauma counseling, wellness training, and leadership coaching. Her programs emphasize work-life balance, personal growth, and recovery from the emotional toll of service-based professions.

In addition to her clinical work, Brandy is a lecturer, wellness trainer, and published author of Turning Pain Into Purpose, a work that encapsulates her philosophy of transforming adversity into strength.
