Bradley DeMass is a highly experienced nursing leader with a strong background in surgical services, stroke and trauma programs, and hospital administration. He currently serves as the Regional Director of Nursing at Children’s Surgical Centers, where he oversees clinical operations and ensures high-quality patient care across multiple facilities. His career spans leadership roles in healthcare organizations including CommonSpirit Health and Steward Health Care, where he directed surgical services and led initiatives in ethics and clinical excellence.
Bradley’s extensive experience is complemented by a decade-long service as a medic with Team Rubicon and nearly 12 years with the U.S. Army, providing him with a unique perspective on patient care, crisis management, and team leadership. His expertise bridges both clinical and administrative domains, with a proven ability to develop programs that enhance patient outcomes, streamline operations, and foster professional growth among healthcare teams.
He holds a Master of Hospital Administration from South University, graduating with a 3.98 GPA, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ameritech College of Healthcare, where he earned a 4.0 GPA.
