Ashley Canto, MS, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health clinician specializing in child, adolescent, teen, and family therapy. Practicing in Tampa, Florida, she brings a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to her work, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Ashley earned her Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida, complementing her extensive training with certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Parent Management Training (PMT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy. This comprehensive education allows her to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet the developmental and emotional needs of each client, from children to adults, including couples and families.

Before her clinical practice, Ashley gained invaluable experience as a case manager within the foster care system, providing insight into systemic challenges that affect children and families. She also worked in a variety of youth-focused settings, including schools, summer camps, and community programs, supporting emotional safety and developmental growth.
