Amanda Goodhart is a dedicated Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) nurse specializing in patient-centered care and advanced wound management. She recently joined Lehigh Valley Health Network – Part of Jefferson Health as their newest WOC Nurse Specialist, bringing her expertise to support complex patient needs and enhance quality of care.
Amanda began her WOC nursing career at Tower Health, where she honed her skills in ostomy care, continence management, and wound healing interventions. She earned her CWOCN certification through Web WOC in 2023, following the completion of her BSN from Chamberlain University in 2016. Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to continuous learning, clinical excellence, and compassionate patient advocacy.
Known for her collaborative approach, Amanda is skilled in education, management, and clinical communication, helping both patients and healthcare teams navigate complex care plans. She is passionate about empowering patients through education and individualized care strategies that improve outcomes and quality of life.
Outside of her clinical work, Amanda engages with professional nursing communities, shares insights on best practices, and celebrates achievements within the healthcare field.
