Alayna Worsham, RN
Alayna Worsham, RN, is a driven and compassionate nurse with more than a decade of experience across emergency medicine, obstetrics, and medical aesthetics. Her multidisciplinary clinical foundation has shaped her into a leader who is redefining patient-centered beauty and women’s wellness.
Alayna’s career began in fast-paced hospital environments, where she delivered critical and life-affirming care in emergency and labor and delivery units. The challenges of the COVID-19 era inspired her to explore a new path—one where she could offer healing, confidence, and comfort in a different form. That vision led her to co-found Luxe Vanity, a medical spa offering advanced aesthetic services rooted in clinical expertise and genuine human connection.
At Luxe Vanity, Alayna leads a talented team of injectors and a cosmetic tattoo artist, providing regenerative treatments, PRP therapy, and customized skincare solutions. Her mission extends far beyond surface-level enhancements—each patient experience is designed to restore self-worth, elevate wellness, and empower individuals to feel their best. She believes wholeheartedly that self-care is essential healthcare.
Alayna earned her nursing degree from Amarillo College and is now preparing to advance her education as a Nurse Practitioner in the Dallas area, specializing in midwifery. Her future vision: a comprehensive women’s wellness center that brings together aesthetic care, medical services, obstetric support, and infusion therapy—especially for those navigating high-risk pregnancies.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most in medicine is the opportunity to combine clinical skill with genuine human connection. Nursing allows me to be present in some of the most vulnerable, meaningful moments of a person's life-whether it's providing comfort during uncertainty, celebrating progress, or advocating for a patient who cannot advocate for themselves.
I love the critical thinking that medicine demands. Every patient presents a unique puzzle, and l enjoy assessing, interpreting subtle changes, and collaborating with providers to ensure safe, evidence-based care. The constant evolution of medicine keeps me learning, growing, and sharpening my practice.
But above all, the part I value most is the impact I can make through compassion.
Medicine isn't just about interventions and treatments-it's about listening, educating, calming fears, and helping patients and families feel seen
