Aisha Starke, BBA, LPN is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional currently serving as a Chronic Care Manager at Lumina Care. Combining a background in business administration with practical nursing expertise, Aisha brings a unique blend of analytical skill, clinical knowledge, and empathetic patient care to her work. At Lumina Care, she manages comprehensive care for clients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, ensuring each care plan is personalized, coordinated, and patient-centered. Prior to Lumina Care, Aisha gained extensive clinical experience at VCU Health, Maxim Healthcare Staffing, and Privia Health, providing direct patient care for individuals with complex medical needs—from ventilator and tracheostomy management to wound care and chronic disease education. Her experience across urgent and long-term care settings demonstrates her adaptability, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality nursing standards.
