Adrienne N. Green, MSN, RN

Adrienne N. Green is a highly accomplished and dynamic nursing professional with extensive experience in long-term care, sub-acute rehabilitation, pediatrics, respiratory care, and care for patients with developmental disabilities. A QAPI-certified, DNS-certified, and Wound Care-certified Director of Nursing and Infection Preventionist, Adrienne combines clinical expertise with strong operational leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance across healthcare settings.

Adrienne currently serves as Director of Nursing at Troy Hills Center, where she oversees day-to-day resident care, develops and supervises direct care staff, implements care plans, monitors treatments and medications, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. She actively participates in facility committees, audits clinical documentation, and provides infection prevention guidance, while coaching and mentoring her team to achieve excellence.

Prior to her current role, Adrienne held leadership positions at Rehab at River’s Edge as Assistant Director of Nursing/Infection Preventionist and RN Unit Manager, and gained extensive bedside experience as a registered nurse at Morristown Medical Center and Matheny Medical and Educational Center. Across all roles, she has consistently leveraged critical thinking, medical knowledge, and multi-tasking abilities to deliver superior patient outcomes, particularly in high-pressure environments.

Adrienne holds a Master of Science in Nursing (2026) from Montclair State University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2019) from Rider University, and an Associate of Science in Nursing (2017) from Raritan Valley Community College. Her certifications include QAPI, Director of Nursing (DNS), Vohra Wound Care, Infection Control (CIC), Alzheimer’s Care, and Facility Heart Failure certification.

Her leadership and commitment to quality care have been recognized through numerous awards, including America’s Best in Medicine – Director of Nursing (2026), 0% Rehospitalizations, 5-Star Quality Measures Achievement, and multiple patient safety and care excellence awards. Adrienne also contributes to the profession through committee work, serving on the Nursing Advisory Board at Rider University and participating in national infection control and nurse practice committees.
