Adrienne Green, MSN, RN

Adrienne Green, MSN, RN, serves as the Director of Nursing at ExcelCare at Troy Hills, where she oversees clinical operations for a 126-bed facility with a commitment to excellence, compassion, and innovation. Since beginning her nursing career in 2017, Adrienne has developed extensive expertise in caring for patients with rare diseases, developmental disabilities, and complex medical needs across pediatric and adult populations. Her leadership is characterized by a hands-on approach that empowers staff, fosters collaboration, and ensures high-quality patient care. Adrienne earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Montclair State University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rider University. She holds multiple professional certifications, including Director of Nursing Services (DNS-CT), Wound Care Certified (WCC), and specialized credentials in infection control, QAPI, and heart failure management. Beyond her facility work, she contributes to the broader nursing community through her involvement with advisory boards, national infection control committees, and nurse practice councils, reflecting her dedication to advancing the profession. Adrienne’s passion for nursing is deeply personal, shaped by her early experiences as a caregiver for her grandparents and by caring for her daughter with rare medical conditions. These experiences inspire her ongoing advocacy for patients with complex needs and rare diseases, as well as their families. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys photography, gardening, and family traditions such as annual trips to Disney World with her five children. Adrienne Green exemplifies leadership rooted in expertise, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to improving the lives of both patients and healthcare professionals.
