Adrienne Green, MSN, RN

Adrienne Green, MSN, RN, serves as the Director of Nursing at ExcelCare at Troy Hills, where she leads clinical operations for a 126-bed facility with a focus on excellence, compassion, and innovation. Since beginning her nursing career in 2017, she has gained extensive experience caring for patients with rare diseases, developmental disabilities, and complex medical needs across both pediatric and adult populations. Her leadership style is hands-on and collaborative, empowering her team while ensuring that every patient receives high-quality, individualized care.

Adrienne holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rider University. She is highly credentialed, with certifications including Director of Nursing Services (DNS-CT), Wound Care Certified (WCC), and additional specialized training in infection control, QAPI, and heart failure management. Her commitment to advancing the field extends beyond her facility through her involvement in advisory boards, national infection control committees, and nurse practice councils, where she contributes to the continuous improvement of nursing standards and patient outcomes.

Her passion for nursing is deeply personal, shaped by her early experiences caring for her grandparents and her journey raising a daughter with rare medical conditions. These influences drive her advocacy for patients with complex needs and their families, inspiring her work every day. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Adrienne enjoys photography, gardening, and creating lasting memories with her five children—including cherished annual trips to Disney World. Through her expertise, empathy, and dedication, Adrienne Green exemplifies exceptional leadership in modern nursing.
